Dornier Museum

The Dornier Museum is the largest technology museum on Lake Constance. The history of aviation and space travel is on display. You can visit a large hangar, experience past times in the museum box in various period rooms and look at Claude Dornier's constructions. Claude Dornier was a pioneer of aircraft design and an employee of Graf von Zeppelin.
The museum is particularly suitable for those interested in space travel and for children who want to experience it up close. You can try out many things from the world of aviation and space travel on flight simulators and in walk-in aeroplanes.

The Dornier Museum is located directly at Friedrichshafen Airport and thus also directly on the Danube-Lake Constance Cycle Route.
